Removing a post

I posted a new thread and after posting another thread posted at an earlier hour on same topic appeared. How do I remove my thread? Name is Favorite National Anthems posted February 2nd at 16 hours+ by scacchipazzo. Any help would be appreciated.

If you can still see the option "edit", you can delete the content of the post and it will show up as a blank entry. Otherwise I don't think you can delete a post once it has been up for a certain amount of time.
