I have a winning position, much time to make next move and I see that I resigned???? I did not resign! How does that happen?

What game? It sounds like you are talking about a current game, but the only game you finished this month you won when your opponent resigned.

It is difficult to resign by mistake since you have to confirm the resignation, but it has happened.

You won Game 7186500. Opponent can resign even while it isn't his turn to move.

No, Kewpie is right. The game says "white wins". Your opponent played g8-f8 and then decided to resign.

Right after "White wins", the word "Resignation" refers to how the game ended, that is your opponent (Black pieces) resigned.
