Im sorry still waiting on feedback from chess host been a good week by now

We found a broken open invite with your ID listed as the next to move.

This has now been deleted, resolving the issue.

The initial cause is still to be investigated.

I have also been waiting for feedback. I am getting impatient. Any tips on how to get someone to respond ?

We can't speed up the feedback process. Can anyone here assist with your problem?

The 1 day ladder has stuck on a completed game. Can't move on to the next challenge until it is rectified.

scroll down completely in the dark grey area at the bottom, the rightmost column is labeled "support" the first lin is "send feedback".

Or go to the topmost red band click on "help" and chose "send feedback"

What device are you using?
Have you restarted your device after powering off?
Are you trying to move an opponent's piece by mistake?
