    10th ranked player on the RHP site, ilywrin, presents an interesting chess puzzle in the body of his profile. How is this done? Would appreciate comment on the mechanics. Thank you.

    I presume he is using a FEN script:

    Thank you. Would any intro narrative simply be typed first, then paragraph down to enter Fen... or should the board position be established first, then add comments? Appreciate your helpfulness.

    either/or really.

    depends on how you want it to display - wherever you put the FEN in your text is where it will be displayed.
