Time stamp: Mar 30, 1950 hrs NZST ( site time 0750 hrs ) and the site has crawled to a virtual stop. Page loading is over 20 secs. Totally un-acceptable. God knows what the dial up brigade have to deal with.
Too much non-sub activity. Pull them down to three concurrent games and withdraw their posting privileges. Stick $5.00 on our subs for an upgrade. Its still cheap by half. Lets get some speed back. Jesus wept.

Need help...please
Originally posted by XanthosNZ I just wondered as I am also. Perhaps you should talk to them about usage in your area (which has a huge effect on your speed).
Originally posted by rhb It was really struggling until I started to look for this thread... it's speeding up again now, but was 60s plus to call a page before now.
I was wondering if anyone has tried to do a ping test to see if there was a slowdown somewhere other than the servers. I haven't ever experienced a slowdown that I couldn't resolve on my end. So I was thinking it might be somewhere in between your computer and the rhp servers... What say you? Either that or Mass hysteria.
There is a problem which occurs intermittently (at peak times), and I am well aware of the cause. Once solved, RHP should then scale easily for the coming years. There is no simple solution unfortunately, so I shall be working through it over the coming weeks.
