I keep seeing " skulls " being talked about, what does it mean?

When the time os off a skull appears in the "My Games" list. You can leave them or take them. If you click on the skull the game is timed out and you win (even with a King vs. all of your opponents figures).
In tournament games the game is timed out by the system roughly 2 days after the skull appears.
