The skull icon

I just noticed a skull icon next to one my players that made his last move yesterday. Why would that be there?

Your opponent has not answered your last move in time.
Now you can win your game by time out, just by clicking the icon.

But he moved yesterday and that's not over the time limit???

It's a 1 day timeout without a timebank, and the last move was a bit over 24 hours ago.

You'll win it anyways short of the fckup of the century so you might as well take it unless the word checkmate tingles your jumblies.

OMG!! if you see that skull again just click it as fast as you can and if it was a bug your opponent will notice it, so you dont have to worry.
