Time Bank

I am playing several players who have a rapidly decreasing Time Bank, if they play a move does the Time Bank revert to 7 days (for example) or does it continue after the move has been made.

When the player moves, his/her/it's timebank stays at the reduced figure. If he/she/it again reaches the timeout limit, the timebank will begin to go down again.
