Time Forfeit

How do I claim a win for time forfeit (my opponent has used up all of his time bank and has not moved)

When you see a skull icon - click it.
If you just resign yourself, in order to get rid of the game, then you will lose, both the game and rating points. Don't do that.
Look for the skull, and click it.

If their time is really gone, and they have not moved at all there should be a trash can next to the game. You will earn no rating points for any game with less than 3 or so moves each.
