If an opponents time runs out, you must claim the win by clicking on the skull icon. Just click on "my games" and the skull should be on the right 🙂

i cant see any skull icon, even though opponent timed out 🙁

All 6 of your active games have moves made today. What makes you think time has run out in one of your games. You should be able to view all time controls (Time to make a move / Time Bank.)

Also, they all still have full time banks. All the games are 3/7 games, which means that the players have 3 days to move until the time banks starts to deplete. Only when they have used up those 3 days and the seven time bank days, the skull appears and they can be timed out.
