Timeout STUCK!

Russ, Game 1704962 has been stuck since the timeout was suspended the other day..

The opponent hasn't moved in ages but the game still shows as "Black has 18 hours and 19 minutes of timebank remaining."

Any idea why this is?

He's using his Timeout. The last move you made was today at 15:10. He has 2 days, 20 hours and minutes before he runs out of TO and starts eating into his TB.
