timeouts/tournaments

can someone please confirm whether the automatic timeout relating to tournaments still applies if you are on vacation... or will the vacation flag protect me from this?

I think (!) that you are only protected from timeouts, automatic or by your opponent. The times run as usual.

I think the vacation flag does protect you from ALL timeouts. At least there have been alot of threads moaning and groaning about opponents being on vacation in 1-day timeout tournaments. 😛
