Tournament entry problem

I know this is the rule:
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.

I am 1331 and highest is 1359, so average is 1345, yet i cant enter a tournament of 1300-1375?

Problem sorted, the tournament is a 1300 -1325 not 1375.
