Unaccepted games in "My Games"

I have three new games in my "My Games" window I was not given the opportunity of an invitation. These games just appeared in "My Games". I accepted one of them but the other two I don't want to play. Why were these allowed to be in my "My Games" if I did not accept the invite for them and how do I withdraw from these games without effecting my rating? Thank you.
