Where to report abuse?

just played a blitz game...and some idiot kid posted this:

At the bottom in every pager there is a link "Send Feedback". Click that and send your complaint.
This is totally unacceptable behaviour. Hope your complaint gives result.

But if the reciever of the abuse takes it seriously, then it's he who do the whisseling, not me.
He asked what to do, I answered, but it's his call.

The player Leonard Leader has been around the site for 5 years, and certainly isn't a kid. I'm inclined to go for the whisky defence.
