winning my 21 game and decreasing ratings??

something strange is happening with my profile and ratings...
I started here and after a few games I noticed that my gamecount in my profile don't match out!!
The graph states: "last 23 games", in the stats "games played: 24" ????
Than I noticed something else, when I calculated my 21 game (which I won)my rating should have gone up, instead my rating decreased? I thought this was only possible when you had provisional rating?
Can someone help me out?

Your rating went down after your 20th game (which you lost), then up again after the win for #21.

Bear in mind that the height of the bar represents your rating at the start of the game, not the finish, your rating graph looks fine to me.
