Thread ids in forum posts and messages

As requested, a small change has been made enabling [ threadid] n [/ threadid ] in forums and PMs. (remove spaces between square brackets)

Currently supported :
[ fen ] FEN
[ gid ] Game id
[ tid ] tournament id
[ cid ] clan id
[ ccid ] clan challenge id
[ clid ] clan league
[ uid ] user id
[ threadid ] thread id

Why are only the link-to-a-game and the insert-board-from-FEN options presented under the box in which I am typing this text in? All these link thinghies should be available when posting a message, not just these two.
