Bishop and Knight Checkmate

Do you mean the endgame K + B + N vs K? If so you could do what I did. Get your hands on some five piece endgame tablebases and defend it a few times against the machine. Then, once you think you have the idea, practice playing it out against the machine. Although, to be honest, it's only worth it to learn how use knights and bishops together as I think that endgame's come up once in my life. I did manage to do it though (in a 10 minute game as well).
