    It is not the first time atoms have been visualised. Not even close.
    It is the large number of atoms in the headline that matters (which you forgot in your thread title).

    Yes, guilty as charged, I knew about transmission electron microscope images of atoms but I thought maybe they had more res this time. I guess the res is about the same but the image area is a lot larger, which in itself is a good trick.
