The Dalai Lama is not a Zen Master, also he is in exile so feels the need to spread the message of how the Chinese took over there country. also answer some basic Tibetan Buddhist questions which a lot in the west are hankering for.

But if you were in China or Japan your assesment of your character would be based on your question... or even if you had the balls to ask one. These guys are serious dudes.
