Because he doesn't tout any god per se.
However he doesn't deny Hinduism either on the other hand.
I don't know about Jesus, Guatama Buddha didn't mention him. Maybe because he came 500 years before. However I'm sure s figure like Jesus would've been acknowledge by that type of intelligence.
I have read the 'Left Behind' books, and the theme of Christianity is that if you believe in anything other than Jesus, or believe in nothing at all, you are doomed to eternal 'punishment' for your lack of the 'proper belief'.

Why Jesus?
Just because the Bible says so?
You say you read the 'Left Behind' books. How about going to the source and reading the Bible? It speaks for itself.

No, that is not the "theme of Christianity". As I said, go to the source and read the Bible. It's all right in there. Why do you expect to get your idea of Christianity from a novel?

Why do you feel that the Bible is the 'correct' source?
And all other non Christian religious texts are wrong?
I recently attended a Christian bible study group. There were two people in the group who knew very little about the Bible, God and Jesus. What shocked me is how the 'expert' Christians running the study tried so hard to 'convert' them to Jesus and thus saving their souls, in one hour!!
It seemed cultish. These two did NOT say the Jesus prayer that night because they obviously wanted more info, but it was uncomfortable for me to witness a 'sales pitch' for Jesus.

In your first post on this site you said "I have always considered myself a Christian", months later you declared that you had never been a Christian. Have you decided which it is and what you are, or are we expected to continue to tolerate what appears like you trolling the forum?
