    No problem.

If we only have to respect but NOT protect the rights of others, then people can opt out of supporting the government with tax dollars.

The only reason for everyone to be required to pay tax dollars to support a government is because we recognize a universal obligation to protect the rights of others.

Example: Libertarian A lives next to Libertarian ...[text shortened]... ill discharge your obligation. But you can't just ignore it when the rights of others are violated."
Libertarians are not full blown anarchists, there is a role for the state, police, justice, defense. You have a right to live your life free from force, threats of force and fraud, the state has a role in protecting those rights.

    Oh, good God.

This is the kind of selfishness, for one's own kind only, or even worse, only for yourselves.

Conservative thought at its most selfish.
Reflecting on your typical day can you tell us about all the unselfish things you do.

In the past, Trump has always been able to count on his supporters turning out en masse, from his signature rallies to the riot at the Capitol. But on Monday, at a pivotal moment for the MAGA movement and Trump’s campaign, the faithful were uncharacteristically quiet - and few in number.

Even among supporters so loyal they were drawn to an event publicized as a “rally for ...[text shortened]... ing-states

    Far too many.
The question was: If tomorrow there were no regulation in Aus about children in mines how many children would be in mines in 6 months?

    lil sunstroker fella:

"If there were no government regulations all that would come back within a week..."

    suziman:

    "Too many."

    kev bamboozle:

"..if capitalists are allowed to have children working down mines and in factories then they will..."

We're obviously getting expert advice from people who haven't been on a modern Australian mine site. My question to you, suziman, and the others is:

What role do you imagine these children filling? Will they be operating a thousand ton dump truck? will they be replacing boom cylinder seals on an EX12000? Will they be placing explosives for a blast?

I'm not riled up. I'm just pointing out your ignorance.
As mentioned numerous times, excess deaths of over 10% are difficult to explain away, record numbers of people are dying in excess of past trends, there's no way to cover them up. So problematic is the elephant ion the room the ONS has been tasked to invent another system of calcing excess deaths, they're going to pull a number out of their butt, say we expect excess deaths this year to be 12% (for eg) then when excess deaths are 10%, the equivalent of a plane load of extra people going down every week, they can say excess deaths are going down, nothing to see here.

But the cover up of excess deaths needs more, there are still too many anecdotes of 'died suddenlys' so they have to start blaming as many different things as possible, lately we've heard runny eggs are causing heart disease.

Could the cover up be any more ludicrous? Yes it can, yes, yes shag doody, yes it can, yes. The latest cause of heart disease - car high beams, I shyte you fuggin not.

The right wing's war on higher education in America is failing because of this. No matter if you're an aspiring entrepreneur, blockchain coder, daycare operator, or Yoga teacher, these sites have the information you need.

So your admitting that regulation came before ‘prosperity’, there’s hope for you yet
How does it feel to constantly cling to a life belt of nonsense in a sea of reality.
With the amount of people trafficking that goes on it probably would not be too long before your ‘libertarian’ fantasy of getting children back down the mines became a reality, don’t lose heart son one day your misogynistic dream will come true
Nope, my case is stronger the more we talk about it. And your dodge of my question bolsters it further. If there were no regulation against children in mines here in Aus, how many children would be working in mines in 6 months time?

lil sunstroke fella thinks there'd be hundreds back in the mines next week, operating thousand tonne excavators and dump trucks that have had the air-con disabled.

"If there were no government regulations all that would come back within a week,"

This proves sunstroker has abandoned reason, probably some kind of dementia from sticking his tongue on 9 volt battery terminals to test them, alllllll over the world.

    The actual answer is zero.

BTW check your dictionary before trying to use big words "misogynistic' what new dodge is this?

WTF is it with you constantly using the wrong gender for everyone?

This is not the way adults converse.
You dumb Kant, you assign a gender to mchill based on what? I'm the one that plays it safe by alternating randomly.

Liar it was definitely regulation that got children out of mines, in civilised countries anyway, I cannot speak for Australia or the US
If tomorrow every law banning children from working in mines in Australia was repealed, how many children would be working in mines 6 months from now?

    1. If you have regulations you need to enforce them.
    2. Not all these countries have proper regulations.

Your quaint notion of markets managing workers’ and human rights is as absurd as Ayn Rand’s hypocrisy.

Child labour in the West was not stopped by wealth, it was stopped through regulation, with the captains of industry opposing it each step of the way.

Perhaps read some history, instead of spanking your monkey whilst shrugging the atlas.
You've been challenged on Rands supposed hypocrisy before, and have been unable to explain yourself.

And you've done nothing to refute the point that without wealth and prosperity regulation means nothing. It doesn't matter if it's proper regulation and it doesn't matter if it's enforced properly, when there's nothing to regulate the regulators starve too. This isn't a 'chicken or egg' conundrum, the regulators are parasites, they produce nothing and until something has been produced there's nothing to regulate.

You should try to read some history, or better yet try some world experience travel that doesn't consist of tourist spots and cozy hotels. Take an example from lil sunstroker fella, he's been all over the world checking exit lights and 9 volt batteries.

YOu know, the tuition thingy, for example?

I think college education should be free to anyone who wants it. If 35 other countries can do this, then so can the (so called) greatest country in the world. God bless "the tuition thingy" may it grow and prosper. 🙂
No doubt you're already contributing to scholarship schemes voluntarily.

As in, putting your money where your mouth is. You wouldn't come on here and be telling everyone else what they have to do, being a lady of principle you're already doing it voluntarily, leading by example.

No. It was largely due to regulation; forcing children to go to school.
No, because when there's no prosperity there are no schools, and then it's a choice between working in a mine or starving.

Here's an experiment for you, child labor still exists today a great deal in Africa mining lithium for batteries in rich people cars, you go there and tell them it's against the regulations lol lol haha, wadda pseud boy doody for brains you are.

The regulations come after the wealth has been produced, the regulators are parasites, it is the prosperity created by others that allows the parasites to parasite.

Yeah, like here in the US in century 19 and 18, children forced to work in mines, lots of dead children from that dark era. It just shows laws regulating these companies are justified.
Like companies dumping toxic waste in our rivers and streams, Erin Brockovich movie showed that quite clearly, which was based on real cases.

The ones fighting those regulation ...[text shortened]... al mining lobby wants to chuck all of that in their zeal to add more to the already fragile climate.
Lil sunstroker fella, it's prosperity that got children out of mines, not regulation.

And of course none of your post has anything to do with De Santis NOT banning heat protection.

Banning heat protection for outside workers?
you ijit, it's banning heat protection laws, not banning heat protection.

Just another example of your over wrought rantings, not to be taken seriously about this, and so any legitimate thing you may say loses credibility.
