@kellyjaysaid Literal, but again you reading into the verse that says these things will occur to every one of His, but that is not what it is saying, to know what His followers look like you need to ponder these.
Here’s the passage:
”And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
Can you demonstrate how it doesn’t apply to ALL of “those who believe”?
@rajk999said I doubt Israel will do anything. Irans lame attempt really did nothing to warrant a serious response. Its like an angry spoilt child throwing a toy at you. They are best ignored. Irans so-called attack caused no fatalities or any signigicant damage. Most of those drones were intercepted. But sooner or later they will make the same mistake Hamas made.
Well maybe you’re right, I hope so. And I hope Farticus is wrong about Iran nearing nuclear capability as those extremist loons will definitely fire one off.
@rajk999said The country that deserves to be nuked is Iran. They are the main supporters of Islamic terrorism all over the world. Thankfully Israel removed their nuclear weapons facility and assassinated a few of their nuclear scientists. Serves them right.
Lets hope they are stupid enough [Like Hamas] to attack Israel. Then there will be people like you crying over the amount of Iranian babies dying..
Israel will be gearing up to use at least one tactical nuke on Iran as “fuk about and find out” response if Iran continues.
Edit: and I’d put money on it that the US have told Iran they will back Israel. BUT the Ayatollah of terror has publicly played his hand now so it’s gonna be an escalation one way or another.
@shavixmirsaid Yes. Yes it will.
The court’s decision is binding.
Which means that if a similar case is brought to a lower UK court, they will follow the over-riding rule laid down.
Read it and weep.
Well let’s wait and see shall we.
Let’s first watch as the Swiss ignore it and tell the “EU” to fuk off.
Then let’s watch as every other EU country finds it yet another reason to leave the undemocratic gravy train that is the EU.
Then we can watch everyone else ignore this ruling.
@great-big-steessaid LOLπ Well there was a 19 in my year of birth and also a 46, which would make me a Boomer and one of the first. I actually, today “celebrated” (very low key) 78th birthday. I have enjoyed a great life and hope π€to continue to do so.π
@drewnogalsaid Me too, I feel I’ve experienced the best years and now enjoy a comfortable and simple life, enjoying the same things that my parents did like walking, gardening and trying my best to live in harmony with nature . The UK is a great place and my parents were always thankful that they were invited to work and live here in 1947.
I love your life and attitude.
Someone doesn’t as they have given you a red thumb of forum retribution. Edit Rusty I’d bet.
