All well and good I suppose, but I can't see the point of creating a computer double of anyone that can only exist in an artificial environment. Maybe there is use for this, but I'd prefer to be tucked quietly away and forgotten once I pass from this earth.

They are more annoying than the Go compare guy.
Show business is all about getting attention. I remember Lady Gaga and her meat dress's. Personally, I think most of this is unnecessary, but the artistic temperament takes on some strange forms.

Contrary to persistent lies by Trump and other republicans, crime rates in America (including violent crime) are now lower than in Trump's best year. Of course, we'll never convince the MAGA folks of this since they're comfortable in their little Trump bubble, but Biden has out preformed The Donald once again. 😏

WASHINGTON (AP) — New FBI statistics show overall violent crime in the U.S. dropped again last year, continuing a downward trend after a pandemic-era spike. Murders dropped 13 percent in the last three months of 2023 compared with the same period the year before, according to FBI data released this week. Violent crime overall was down 6 percent.

You seem to accidentally get to the issue, Petunia.

So here it comes again… What is right?

What is right will be decided in a court of law, not in the forums of red hot pawn. How many more times do I have to spoon feed this to you? 😲

You children continue to miss an issue.
Did I, the creator of this informational thread, ask anyone to decide on all the mush that you two just harped on? I am not deciding, why do you think that, Is it a lib ploy.

Dear Joe - Judges don't issue rulings based on "whims" and the issue of whether people are "clearly" on record about anything is not always as clear as it appears. I'm sorry you're "not too crazy about our answers!!!!" but you'll just have to let the system work Joe. They usually get it right.

    Failure to File (2 counts)

Yet, his lawyers fight to have the dase tossed out. But if he did this, do you woke libs have some justificationto just let him walk?
A simple question, with only one logical answer, yet we are all set for laughable responses.
Yet, his lawyers fight to have the dase tossed out.

I assume you mean case and not dase.

While we're on the subject however, I watched TV for 30 min. this morning as a Trump lawyer tried to do exactly the same thing in a Fulton County courthouse regarding his charges in Georgia. This is why we have judges, and juries decide these things based on the evidence and testimony rather than letting Libs and MAGA folks do it. Let the system work Joe. They usually get it right. 😲

    Trump is now selling Bibles.

Yes, he's also selling gold painted tennis shoes, perfume in gold-colored bottles, and will soon be trying to sell shares in his newly merged media company. Bad news for the stupid customers when they find out it's all overpriced trash.

Oh well - A sucker born every minute. 😏

Hello - Your post has some interesting information. If your motive is to initiate a discussion of these topics, you've certainly succeeded. If your motive is to change anyone's mind here, you've certainly failed.

YES! - Those dirty old liberals are to blame for everything from a bridge accident to a drunk driving fender bender, to the decline of 8 tracks, to the wart on Aunt Gerty's buttock-

I wonder! Do you have any childhood memories of your own on coming from God?

And how would your aunt know where children come from?
You're missing the point here. This has nothing to do with my memories of coming from God or my aunt's exact knowledge of where children come from. This was just idle speculation based on the fact that most people's memories of their early childhood are slightly different than those of the recent past.

For most of us, memories of our day-to-day events and those of the recent past have a familiar, mundane quality to them, but memories of our early childhood take on a brightly colored, almost magical quality. My Aunt once told me that this is because children come so recently from God. I wonder if this is true-

They leave law ...[text shortened]... last question, would you hire a person who flunked the bar exam and just started practicing anyway?
Q: Would you hire him McHill.?

A: Yes, I would. There are many duties that lawyers typically do that others can do as well. Years ago, when I was a Real Estate broker our ability to write a purchase and sale agreement and understand the purpose of and language contained in different types of deeds (warranty, bargain and sale, quitclaim) had to meet the same standards as those of attorneys.

Everyone, standby and see how McHill responds to my last question,

OK - I responded to your last question. Any questions?

Soon, the med students. Graduate, and you are free to do do a heart operation. Y'all are killling us.

Not surprising since you don't seem to read much anyway. If you had, you'd see:

Typically, students will complete an internship between their second and third years of law school gaining about 400 hours of experience, according to the task force’s report. Then, if they do about three hours a week of legal work through their final year of law school, students could have 500 hours of experience upon graduation, leaving the portfolio to complete before licensure.

Lastly, law clerks can become lawyers without enrolling in law school by completing standardized educational materials and benchmarks under the guidance of a mentoring attorney, along with the 500 hours of work as a licensed legal intern.

Your talent for taking a rather complex process and reducing it the level of a 6-year-old is common practice with you.
