I'm a Biochemistry PhD student at Oxford. I spend most of my time rowing and cycling when I'm not in the lab, and like putting off my lab work by playing chess when I'm at work. I'm not very good, but sometimes I get lucky and things work out to give me a good position, just so I can throw it away again.
Tournament Entry Rating is calculated by the formula (CurrentRating + HighestRating) / 2. The entry rating will never drop to more than 100 points below your Highest Rating.
