I am trying to get back into Chess again. I stopped playing in 2009 after stress from starting High School. After trying again in 2011 it felt like I had lost my brain as I could no longer instantly look at a position and see moves ahead like I used to. I had lost my deep analytical powers. In mid-2015 I had a mild stroke and that only complicated things.
But now I have decided I love Chess enough that I would like to live it anyways even if it's just randomly putzing around the board while having lots of fun just like I used to when I first started playing in Middle School.
I like Classical Staunton Pieces and Warm Wood Tones
