Release 0.2.1

Major update.

- New presentation and menu style.
- New game right from the app.
- Game history and analysis board.
- Different views for your inbox.

Note : To maintain support for older devices, this release is not Tablet optimized. It will continue to work on larger devices, but a future release will enhance presentation where tablet screen sizes are available.
