"La Vite e Bella",
"Amelie",
"Amores Perros" (same director as 21grams and Babel, although Amores Perros is much better than either),
"Delicatessen" is a superb black comedy,
"Etre e Av ...[text shortened]... of excellent Brazilian movies would be "Behind the Sun" and "Carandiru".
