Lindsay Lohan may face yet another hit and run charge. According to TMZ, the 25 year old was accused of hitting a hookah club manager with her Porsche Thursday night during another round of partying in Hollywood.

Police are currently investigating the case, which has yet to evolve from a “he say, she say” dilemma.

The incident has prompted the actress to stay in the confines of her home until her probation ends on March 29.

Lohan has agreed to leave her home only when she really needs to, namely to log in her community service hours at a local morgue. Police have yet to charge Lohan on any accounts.
