I got to know O Sacrum Convivium through listening to the one of the choirs in which my mother sings — The Meljon Singers, of North London. Then I heard it on the BBC a few days ago and searched for a Youtube vid. I'm pleased to report that the Meljon Singers sing it nearly as well as this group!

Messiaen is a really interesting composer and wrote, regrettably, only one opera. Not an easy piece of music, but certainly right on the money regarding its saintly subject. The piece you posted is truly wonderful. The intricacies of the creative mind certainly shine through in the wonderful piece you posted.
