That hdr is perfect as it looks totally natural. Well done. I've tried a couple and didn't have great results, namely because of the presence of moving objects in my shots (leaves, trees, deer, monasteries).
I've seen some examples of hdr which looked terrible in colour but excellent in b&w.
I would have referred to this shot as exposure blending, but I was speaking to an enthusiast at the weekend and he reckons this is hdr...

My work process was to prepare the file ignoring the sky, and then using Camera Raw, I underexposed by 2 stops and then pasted the underexposed image onto a layer which I then used a layer mask on, to only show the sky.
