What tunes? The music of Steve Reich sounds like somebody vomited on a sound mixer while the mixer was playing George Bush giving a speech!

"Music for 18 Musicians", for example, is great.

Disgusting. There's a reason everyone hates minimalism.

Shiny hotpants excepted, this has to be one of the worst songs ever made.

False. If "MF18M" is minimalistic, then not everyone hates it, because I do not.

'Music for pieces of Wood' is one of my favourites. Great fun.

I also enjoy 'Different trains', although it is a little chilling.

I guess you're not part of "everyone" either.

(I also enjoy "Music for Pieces of Wood", and have not heard "Different Trains". "Proverb" is probably my favourite, though.)

You know, I like that piece, and after you and I discussed it, I considered its inertial qualities and tried falling asleep to it. Big mistake. It gave me horrible nightmares for some reason.

Bad man, I shall make you listen to the Belle & Sebastian version of Boys are Back in town and you can tell me it's not an awesome song then.

I vote anything by Bruce 'The Dross' Springsteen.

    Springsteen has his moments.

My vote goes to any song off of the Philosophy of the World album by The Shaggs. ANY SONG, and it will be the worse thing you've ever heard.

I'm not even a hipster and I think The Shaggs are good for ironic reasons.
