Administrative errors

Debates

This might be the first time ever that the trump administration has admitted error. There is no legal way to now return this person from a lifetime of imprisonment in El salvador. For those who might critique the source of this news there's a link to the trump court filing. Critique that instead.

But in Monday’s court filing, attorneys for the government admitted that the Salvadoran man, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, was deported accidentally. “Although ICE was aware of his protection from removal to El Salvador, Abrego Garcia was removed to El Salvador because of an administrative error,” the government told the court. Trump lawyers said the court has no ability to bring him back now that Abrego Garcia is in Salvadoran custody

Give it a few days. This is one for Marco Rubio to solve. Probably scripted.

I guess we're all potential players in the Trump Show now.

Average Joe hasn't reported it on newsmaz. So it's not publicity.

It is a mistake. They sentenced a legal resident with a family to life in El Salvador prison.

Yeah, and: "Trump lawyers said the court has no ability to bring him back now that Abrego Garcia is in Salvadoran custody."

Right.

Do we still even have courts in this country? (I haven't checked the news for a few hours.)

Let's deport 330 million people and start over. 😉

P.S. -- Thank you, Suzi Dunninger.

This is just more you, not taking anything seriously.

Meanwhile you seem to believe that engaging in forum battle here of all places could have some practical and beneficial effect.

Plus, I'll have you know that today I dusted off both of my Bullworker devices.

I continue to be unimpressed.

Surprise, surprise.

If you are the rice paper beneath my feet, then I am glad I have not left an impression.

Why are you so chronically bitter? Not all bitter tea is medicinal.

Not bitter.

I just tend to not suffer fools gladly.

I never have, and I doubt I ever will.

My sympathies, then, that there is a fool you must suffer inescapably, round the clock.

I doubt he is the only one. TWO of them are GAY. You can imagine them being Cartel members, eh.
And that Phd student woman who posted something about 'Palestinian genocide' without saying anything about Hamas but that was enough to get her Visa stripped and now with ZERO court proceedings is now in prison.
The US is a dirty word now around the world since the advent of Trump.

Indeed it was bound to happen, and I remember you saying it.
