About one month ago, Vivify created this thread about the massacre in Las Vegas:
"Worst mass shooting in U.S. history". (2 October 2017).

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/nov/05/baptist-church-shooting-south-texas-sutherland-springs

"At least 20 killed in shooting at Baptist church in Sutherland Springs, Texas"

"A single shooter walked into a Baptist church in Sutherland Springs, Texas
on Sunday morning and opened fire as the congregation was in its
weekly service, leaving at least 20 worshippers dead and many more injured."

"Witnesses close to the small church reported hearing a rapid barrage of about 20 gunshots.
“It was very close,” Carrie Matula, who had been working in a store across
the street from the church, told CNN. “It was semi-automatic, rapid fire."

The dead shooter has been identified as Devin Kelly (or Kelley).
(He's probably not a Muslim immigrant from Uzbekistan.)

The internet is flooded by "news" that Devin recently converted to Islam and/or
was financed by antifa. So don't talk about "blood still wet on the floor".

Devin Kelly (or Kelley) has been identified as a white man (age 26).
If he had a 'Muslim name', then Whodey would have created another 'Mo strikes again' thread,
and Wajoma presumably would be supporting Whodey's Islamophobic trolling.

    You're calling d's snarky comment " "news" " (sic)?

So why do gunmen typically open fire at schools or churches?

    Anyone?

So what is to be done about this tragedy?

Looking at the recent shooters in Vegas and in Texas, it would appear that these folks were down on their luck in terms of money. The shooter in Texas was also kicked out of the armed services, so owning a gun was illegal for him from what I understand.

So if the laws worked concerning gun control, what else should be done? Should those out of work or hurting financially be watched closer?

Absolutely nothing! Most Americans want their gun laws just the way they are now. So keep your head down. God Bless America. 🙄

"What you understand" is, as usual, wrong. There is no law saying that those with less than honorable discharges from the military can't own a gun.
