Jenna Ellis.

Admits she lied about election fraud. Facts were not true. Trumps election fraud claims were wrong.

She joins Eastman, Clark, Powell, Giuliani as lawyers who were disbarred or suspended because they broke the law while defending trump.

These are all criminals.

Isn't she technically a felon, since she pleaded guilty on October 24th 2023?

She now has her license revoked. So is she Technically still being a lawyer?

The indictments of Trump, but you knew that already, just wanting to weaponize anything you can to make America grate again.

That is of course an unhelpful generalistaion. There are lawyers working hard to ontain and maintain a clear set of rules by which the society can work.Defaming them won't help anyone.

Have you had to work with them?

Good grief. Technocratic babble and ultimately, the only thing they know is juris prudence, other than that, it’s cheaper and faster to look up the law itself.

In fact I work regularly with lawyers, and I know the feeling you are expressing.
On the other hand: How would you propose a judical system witout lawyers?

I would limit lawyer's ability to file motions. I would give them three - if a motion is accepted, it is not used up. No 'omnibus' motions, either, each has to cover a single issue.

This rule could apply in difference phases: pre-trial, trial, sentencing, etc.

After three strikes (rejected motions) in a given phase, that would be evidence that side was being dilatory and frivolous and the trial would move forward without further delay.
