    http://money.cnn.com/2013/09/24/news/companies/bofa-racial-discrimination/

Bank of America has been fined $2.2 million for discriminating against black job candidates over two decades.

"The U.S. Department of Labor has ordered Bank of America (BAC) to pay up after finding that over 1,100 African-American job seekers faced discrimination at the company's offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, at various times between 1993 and 2005."

People who keep shouting "Racism is over!" are wrong. Imagine how many blacks tried to get jobs and failed because of discrimination, only to have people accuse them of being lazy.

I didn't look at your link, but I can imagine what's in it. So, here you go:

    http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/bank-america-discriminated-blacks-pay-2-2-million-article-1.1465391

Judge Linda S. Chapman ruled that the bank used “unfair and inconsistent selection criteria”

Obviously, an appearance or manner that's not professional wouldn't count.
