Insurance ALWAYS goes up. There could be a lot of reasons, besides the free money funding that you want from the federal government,.that is causing this problem.
Poor management, no matter what state you’re talking about could be a bad thing to happen to hospitals. I have always been good at management, ….if I got on the board, I would be sure that they run off any illegal people trying to get in the door. (yes yes yes, we all know that they have a right to take advantage of our United States emergency rooms. There’s no way to get around that.) I promise you that would save some money. Tell me do you think that barring illegal aliens would be a good idea if it was feasible?
Of course, we do not presently provide free healthcare to illegal alien invaders, but Chuck Schumer and the Democrats closed down the government for 50 days to try to achieve that. That is why I am asking you this question they want free healthcare for these aliens, do you agree with them? You have to say no because if you say you do agree, that means you want to have the hospitals run out of money, even faster than they are now this is an example of the conflict that you liberals get into on the forum.

Sorry this post was very verbose. I could’ve said it a lot quicker. Chuck Schumer and the Dems shut down the government for 50 days to try to get free healthcare for illegal aliens. I’m asking Sunhouse if he agrees with that. Note that his post above is talking about how expensive medical care and its insurance is. So he has to tell us now that we should not have hospital spend even more money by treating aliens.

As to insurance, the constitution does not mention insurance. However, it does give the STATES, not your cherished federal government, total control over healthcare and health insurance, it varies from state to state. Shouse, pick a state that fits your needs. Pick Florida if you don't want to pay income tax. Are you so daft? Your time would be better spent helping your state administrators have solid insurance for its citizens, rather than railing on about all the states on the Forum. Sleep stuff. I sure am glad I don't spend my time complaining about something I dont like, I just try to fix it.
You are wrong that your governments are not there for poor people. It is in the news daily. Like, giving college graduates money to pay off their loans 😆 😆 !!! Now that is really helping people in need.

I defer to you regarding what Republicans think about people that do not have jobs that can work. I would say that people that can work should get a job, so I don’t know what your problem is with someone saying that. Except you think they say it in an ugly demeaning fashion. I don’t know who you know that would do that, but I would not do that.
Just for the record, to have health insurance usually someone has to have a job. If they do not have a job whose responsibility or duty is it for them to have insurance.? We seem to be at an impasse on this matter. I think my comments are more common sense.

I DID see them, they are all around us in nearby towns, towns now near ghost towns because of major company shut downs, sending crap to be built in Thailand, which BTW that EXACT thing cost me my job at Infinera, where they sent these optical modulators costing 75 THOUSAND to be made in THAILAND, LITERALLY sending 80% there, to a company called FABNET. Workers here at Infinera LITERALLY twirling their thumbs doing NOTHING for days on end till the layoffs started.
