A British MP is jailed for 3 months.

Strangely, even from the other side of the
world, I can't help feeling vaguely ashamed.

"Alex Salmond charged with sexual assault and attempted rape"

"Alex Salmond, the former first minister of Scotland, has been charged with
multiple counts of sexual assault and two of attempted rape."

Would everyone of Scottish heritage feel ashamed if Alex Salmond's convicted?

I certainly think we should hear a verdict first, before jumping on the bandwagon.

I feel the same about almost everyone.
    Except, for some reason, Weinstein.
And I feel low because of it.

Contrary to what Shavixmir apparently believes, I expressed no conclusion about Alex Salmond's guilt.

Sometimes the cloud of suspicion can be compelling.
Good example is the Trump campaign.
Only defence is that there is no direct link to Trump.

A good scientific analogy would be a black hole.
Invisible. But we know it's there because of all the crap circling the drain.
