Looks like the clown show in Oregon took a deadly turn last night:

One protester was shot dead and eight others were arrested on Tuesday after authorities confronted members of an armed group that has staged a month-long occupation of a federal wildlife reserve in Oregon, activists and officials said.

The FBI said gunshots rang out after officers stopped a car carrying protest leader Ammon Bundy and others near the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. Activists said Robert LaVoy Finicum, a rancher who acted as a spokesman for the occupiers, was killed.

FBI agents were setting up a perimeter on Tuesday night around the wildlife refuge, where some people were still holding out, continuing their protest against federal control of large tracts of the country, a law enforcement official told Reuters.

The "protesters" i.e. armed insurrectionists claim that the person killed, Robert LaVoy Finicum was shot three times when he was "cooperating" with law enforcement though he had previously vowed not to be taken alive if attempts were made to arrest him.

Law enforcement has now sealed the approaches to the compound and various "militia" groups are urging their members to make their way to Malheur to stand up against this government "tyranny" so stay tuned.

Does that mean the rest of the crew will be charged with the death or manslaughter because one of them died?

Let's wait and see, whether or not this follows the course of previous gubmint actions against citizens. I already see in your citations indications that the man shot was "cooperating".

You totally discount any possibility that the BLM have a vendetta against the Bundys and are acting on it?

The BLM did not transport the Bundys to Oregon and tell them to seize control of public property.

    That wasn't the question.

So your response is a predictable and habitual dodge.

GFY. The question was answered. The Bundys put themselves in this predicament; no paranoid conspiracy theory is necessary or plausible.

You're a state worshipping happy clapper who completely rejects that state bureaurats abusing their authority might mount vendettas against individuals.

Your love of the state has reached the level of fanaticism.

Your rose tinted glasses that you use for scrutinizing the state are so thick they need a jockey wheel to support them otherwise you would topple forwards head first into the pavement.

We already have whodey for such ranting and raving.

You obviously haven't followed the story at all and don't know jack about the circumstances. So your anarchistic ramblings and irrational personal attacks are merely the product of a diseased and ignorant mind.

    Get help.

It's obvious the BLM have it in for the Bundy's.
The Bundy's stood no chance against that bureaucratic behemoth.

The only question that remains is

How the f*** did they administer the mind-control drugs to the Bundy's to make them go to Oregon?

Of course, the circumstances surrounding the use of deadly force by law enforcement should be fully investigated as always. One wonders whether some posters here will adopt the extremely uncritical view of such force that they have previously endorsed in cases where unarmed black men have been killed by police.

Through the fluoride in the drinking water, of course.
