    In a vacuum, sure.

As a "right" to the point that they can rightfully demand it from others, no.

Does Sh76 really expect Germany alone to pay for the health care of everyone else in the world?
Would Sh76 at least volunteer that the USA should pay for the health care of every Jew in Israel? (sarcasm intended)
No. I expect them to stop calling it a "right."

This has nothing to do with Euro-bashing. I applaud countries who have managed to provide universal healthcare efficiently.

I have absolutely no intention to criticize Germany here.

My intent is to criticize those who call healthcare a "right."

    Labels matter.

If something is a right, I ought to be able to legally force you to abide by my right to it.

Should Germany pay for everyone's health care?

Well, they did try to conquer the world twice, so.......

Yes, the home of mass racist genocide is much less racist than I.

    Thanks for that.

They still love their socialism though, don't they.

    Not to me they don't.

What does that mean? Can I legally force the U.S. government to grant voting rights to citizens? Or don't they have voting rights?

Yes, you are certainly more racist than a typical German.

Since the end of WW2, (West) Germany's politics has been dominated by Christian Democrats.

You're beginning to sound like KN, when words don't mean anything, they can be made to mean anything.

Not you, per se, but yes, people can sue to enforce their own voting rights.

Obviously, courts are not bound by your definition of the term and courts don't always get these things right, but yes, people can enforce their rights to vote in court.

The American racist troll Whodey quickly accused Germany of being particularly racist.
It's absurd and hypocritical for Americans to accuse Germans today of being more racist.

"My intent is to criticize those who call healthcare a "right.""
    --Sh76

If so, then Sh76 could have expressed that intent much more clearly and less misleadingly
than by apparently singling out Germany as a target of trolling.

The American racist troll and pathological liar Whodey prefers to overlook or deny the fact
that I wrote of most Germans *today*, who are quite different from those of 70+ years ago.

And I would point out that Americans are responsible for the racist genocide of 'Indian' tribes.
