    Is that because blacks are being singled out or is that based on the actions of the individuals?

    this is the data, explain it.

    i am sure you will prove that the 21 times greater number has nothing to do with race.

    I'm sure it has to do with race, but it may not have to do with racism.

    It may have to do with how certain % of different races choose to live and choose to act.

    Many blacks in the US live in gang areas with very high crime rates.

    Just to be clear, a vast majority of these gang members are the people who live and grew up in these neighborhoods.

    Ya I expect so.. how many black families have both parents raising their children, that's an important question, because the root of this, is neglecting the responsibility parenthood brings.... Brown is a great example of lack of proper parenting, lack of discipline, and learning respect for others.
