The idea is to stop all public education and convert all of them to private schools where every student would pay a stiff fee to get educated which 100% SURE it means poor folks will not get even a grade school education putting the general education level of US citizens back to like it was back in the year 1800.

How Musk would be cutting costs would be cut social security and cut medicare but those programs are already some of the most efficient in terms of money spent for programs Vs money spent to SUPPORT the program but that doesn't make a bit of difference for Musk, he will just chop benefits since he doesn't have to EVER worry about those benefits so if they totally disappear he would not be effected so he would go GOOD RIDDANCE.
