If she came out and said tomorrow that she was running, hell, I would vote for her because she'd be the smartest candidate out there, on either side.
But she's not. She values her family's privacy and their freedom from the Washington wringer too much. I remember when she was being interviewed (can't remember who it was), and they asked her if she would run, and she flat-out laughed in their face like it was the single most absurd thing she'd ever heard.
She's not running. And she won't. I don't care if Joe Biden dropped dead tomorrow, she won't run.
