Even if Kerry won the election, Bush would still be President at this time. His term doesn't expire for a couple months yet.

actually i do know the difference high priest because if one country gets hurt the other countries feel it too...and to darvlay it would be bad because america wouldn't have sadum husain(i don't know how to spell his name).so the world and the united states would be more safe from terrorist attacks.
