He's going to sue the media.
Not the Wisconsin Court.
Nick Sandman got 250 million from the media for a lot less than what Rittenhouse went through.
(It is unknown how much he actually got but he still won the lawsuit)
The feds only take cases they know they can win. This case has too much doubt and a fed jury is still regular people.

Please Joe - Restrain your leaps of illogic. I haven't followed this trial much, and frankly don't give a hoot about it. In addition, I never said he shouldn't be compensated, I was only speculating on if seeking to profit off the verdict would be a good business decision, or would his efforts be better spent elsewhere.
It doesn't take much to light your fuse - does it? 🙄
