Contrary to the right wing Christian nut who's hate speech you have linked to, Muslims have been a long time part of Japanese society even if they are a small minority: http://www.muslimpopulation.com/asia/Japan/Islam%20in%20Japan_aq.php

BTW, Japan's Christian population is estimated to be no more than 1%.http://www.christianpost.com/news/mission-leaderwhy-so-few-christians-in-japan-45217/

Freud already figured this "strategy" out though in your hands it's no more sophisticated than Pee-Wee Herman's "I know you are but what am I?" shtick:

Psychological projection is a form of defense mechanism in which someone attributes thoughts, feelings, and ideas which are perceived as undesirable to someone else. For example, someone who harbors racist ideas while believing that racism is socially undesirable might come to believe that a friend is racist, projecting his or her racism onto the other person. Projection may manifest in all kinds of ways, and while it may be a defense mechanism, it can also be very destructive.
The concept of projection was developed by Dr. Sigmund Freud, a noted figure in the field of psychology. Dr. Freud believed that people used psychological projection to reduce their own stress or feelings of guilt, thus protecting themselves psychologically. This psychological phenomenon is sometimes referred to as “Freudian projection” in reference to Dr. Freud's work in the field.

Ah, the ol' tried and true "hate speech" label.
    How quaint.
Not that it's a dick measuring contest, but the <70,000 Muslims in Japan is a far cry from the >2,000,000 Christians there.
More importantly, you don't hear of the constant surveillance of Christians in the country while the Muslim population is (and will remain) under close scrutiny for the foreseeable future.
    Why?
Because the leadership of Japan has apparently been watching the news.
They see what the radical Muslims have been doing throughout the world when given the freedom to do so: run the governments and societies stupid enough to accept them into the ground.

In a sense, you're right: most people hate the thought of such a destructive force of hell-bent demagogues coming in and taking over a society of people otherwise living in peace.

You, in your utter stupidity, deign to call such people bigots.
Perhaps you should avail yourself to some news sources which can help you pull your head out of your ass and see what this tide of terror is doing in such places as France and etc..

The article cited in the OP is unmitigated BS; there are no such policies. No sources are cited except other right wing nuts and the article I provided and many others certainly show that most of what is claimed in the piece are outright falsehoods.

I call people bigots who denigrate an entire religion based on the crimes of a few. Most reasonable people do.

EDIT: It's child play to show most of the claims in the OP article are false: http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2015/nov/17/viral-image/viral-graphic-says-japan-keeps-out-radical-islam-t/

It's an unfortunate reality that Islam as a religion has the tenet death to unbelievers. Now I'm against most religions and not all Muslims are terrorists, but most terrorists are Muslim. As someone who has many Muslim friends ( they are an integral part of South African culture) I have nothing against muslim people, but it would be naïve not put the required security procedures in, as that puts us all at risk.

Even here (which nobody seems to care about, including terrorists) a couple of months back, our hawks ( secret service) arrested two brothers plotting a terrorist attack in Johannesburg.

It's not ideal, but we have to face reality, and Europe's political system is under threat of extinction if nothing is done about radical Islamic terrorism.

It has no such tenet. You believe a bunch of nonsense.

    Here educate yourself: http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/01/14/are-all-terrorists-muslims-it-s-not-even-close.html

EDIT: Since you are "someone who has many Muslim friends", why don't you ask them if " Islam as a religion has the tenet death to unbelievers"? You might find their answers interesting to say the least.
