I tend to dip in and out of the Forums here at RHP; sometimes I'll go weeks without posting. However, whenever I do dip in, there seems to be the same few names making an inordinate amount of posts.
Some people must spend a sizeable fraction of their waking hours logged on, partaking of this Internet community. My question - is this healthy for them as individuals? Is virtual interaction as 'valid' as face-to-face interaction?
What is a 'reasonable' % of one's time to spend in a virtual environment?

Dear readers & posters
I do my moves am, go to work, come home, do my moves, have tea, do my moves... if no more moves do a post or two.. (Familiar?)
I have to say.. I used to fly fish 3 times a week and speak to the family ... since joining I'm down to fishing once a fortnight (maybe) and ...oooo honey... honey woo hooo where are you .mmm
I get a few days off every two weeks and spent most in here despite sunshine outside.
I've lost touch with my old fav TV progs.

I watch telly or listen to music while I make moves and post. I still make time to go out and ride my horses and fish and things.
(Gulp...I do watch tv while playing)
I'm off fishing tonight after work.
I'll take the family riding again this weekend. Yee Haw
And next days off I'll get on with painting the house!!

Many years ago I used internet date: Or to put it more accurately, impart my deepest feelings to ladies all over the globe. Often I had more than one one at the same time. (girl not feeling)
I found this experience disorientating, I was made dizzy by their letters and felt the urge to give myself mentally to them. Adddicted to checking my inbox, I let my imagination run wild. The pressure and prose built up, the tenision built so I was living a life intoxicated by what might be. Stupidly I met two of them. Both were older than they claimed, both were better at typing thoughts than verbal wit. Both email relationships died soon after physical contact.
Since then I found real love: rhp.
We see quite a lot of each other but we get on well although I find myself on the losing side in most of our battles. I can turn her on easily and she doesn't get too upset when I don't see her for a few days. Yesterday rhp and me had a baby girl. Now I'm on paternity leave I can spend even more time with rhp!
