I haven't seen anybody but the clowns on Fox News make such a ridiculous claim. Biden's performance had nothing to do with Trump's rambling, non-responsive and evasive non-answers and outright lies at the June debate.
Public polling I already showed you had Trump losing every debate to his Democratic opponent in the public minds' in both 2016 and 2020 which is why he probably refused to debate any of his Republican opponents this year. He basically sucks at debating and the way he's been acting lately he's highly likely to make an even bigger fool of himself if he even shows up on September 10.
