The corporate news media ignores her. Isn't that what they want you to do? Just think if she got as much media attention as a certain female socialist we have all heard of.

She is not a Russian candidate. You have been reading to much elitist propaganda. Tell me, how was she influenced by Russia? Is it because she appeared on RT? If the corporate news media gave her any coverage at all she would not have to take any offer to appear that she can get. If you were that desperate for media attention would you turn down an offer from RT to appear?

I would spit on Putins feet at any greeting from Russia; period! Jill Stein knew from the beginning that she was never going to win the election; and so did her supporters. All she and her supporters did was help Russia elect trump. elitist propaganda? LOL yeah okay. Truth and facts are now elitist propaganda. LOL

As is well-documented, the Kremlin supported Stein's candidacy and Kremlin-funded troll farms influenced victims of the information war such as yourself.

The Kremlin never gave money to Jill Stein. Your weak position is that appearing on RT is support. That would mean anybody who allows a candidate to appear on a program is well documented support.

Your "support" is widespread and part of freedom of speech. Are you for censoring RT? Is that how you propose to end support? How about CNN and Fox News Channel? Are they nefarious for supporting other candidates in a bias way? Why didn't they allow Jill Stein on if they are so unbiased?

What funding? What is your source of information?

So Jill Stein should not run because you say she cannot win? Do you support banning candidates with low poll numbers?

Have you heard of run-off elections?

The Greens have been running candidates for President since 1996; if it wasn't Stein, it would have been somebody else.

IF the Democrats don't want some progressives to vote for the Greens, they should run better candidates for President.

Jill Stein pointed out the hypocrisy of the humanitarian aid pushed by the US in Venezuela while prosecuting those who give food and water to immigrants by the border.

Yes I know that. However, most that voted for Jill Stein were Bernie supporters; they got mad at Hillary and the democratic party for the leaked stolen e-mails by Trump and Russia and what they revealed in them. Even after Bernie lost in the primary's with help from the DNC, He still told his supporters to vote for Hillary because anything was better than Trump. He also told his supporters that a vote for Jill or Gary Johnson, would only help Trump win; and still his supporters did not listen to him one bit; and, some even voted for that POS in office today. Stupid, stupid stupid.

I agree with this also; and, if the DNC had not tried to screw over Bernie in the first place, we would not have Trump today. I have no love for the DNC at present; that is for-sure. However, I still will put my vote where it counts the most to remove Republicans and Trump with the most chance possible; (the lesser of two evils so to speak). Voting green right now only helps republicans, does it not? Unless, we are still in the primary elections; then, it does not matter.

I don't believe in voting for the "lesser of two evils". I haven't voted for a Democratic candidate for President since 1992 and I regret voting for Clinton then. I voted for Bernie in the primary, but by doing so did not leave it up to him who I would vote for in November 2016. In point of fact, the best thing for the Democratic Party and the country in the medium and long term was HRC losing; she would have accomplished nothing and 2018 would have probably been an electoral disaster.

I'm comfortable with most of the announced Dem candidates but if they run a hack like Biden or Booker, I'll look elsewhere.

You very well may be correct here. I think Trump, Republicans, and the older Democrats, have awoken a sleeping giant. I also believe this will greatly benefit progressives as I in general in the long run.
I may disagree with some of your other thought here; however, it is your right to think and vote for whom you wish; and, you clearly have more sense than to vote for the lying thieving trumptards and others; including some of the bad Democrats.

See Italy if you want to know how your "baptism by fire"-theory tends to pan out.

In the 1990s, a man called Silvio Berlusconi became prime minister of Italy. You should read about him - the parallels with Trump are many, although Berlusconi is a successful businessman.

Long story short, Berlusconi's emergence hasn't led to a resurgence of progressive ideals in Italian politics. The Italian economy has been stagnant for 20 years and public finances are in the worst state of all European economies after Greece. Highly educated and skilled Italians are fleeing to Germany and other EU countries. Its once strong and respected academic sector is kept afloat only with EU subsidies. And so on, and so forth. The same will be in store for you folks unless the GOP is utterly destroyed by the Trump debacle - and it surely doesn't look like that's going to happen.
