The barbed wire stuff is getting nicked for home protection... US tax payers paying for home protection of Mexicans, instead of Mexico paying for trump’s erectile medicine.

You know, when I used to work on AUTEC, a British submarine base on Andros Island in the Bahama's, we could check out a small boat and gas up for ten cents a gallon from a tank on the little boat doc. What we found was the Bahamian fishermen were stealing gas from that tank for their fishing work. So one day the gas people for RCA put sugar in the tanks and the next day the coast guard was called out to rescue about 20 Bahamian fishermen dead in the water😉, that stopped the gas leaks😉
